· What: How long you’re on the app, which features you use most (e.g., “Crop” tool), and what you do (save a photo, share an edit).
· Why: To fix things that break, make features faster, and build new tools you’ll want.
· What: Your phone/tablet model (e.g., iPhone 15), operating system (e.g., Android 15), and network provider (e.g., AT&T).
· Why: To make sure Lupoo works on your device and fix technical issues fast.
· What: Your location (from your device settings).
· Why: To show you location-specific stuff—like “city vibe” filters if you’re in a big town. You can turn this off anytime.
We never waste or misuse your data. Here’s how we use it:
1. Make Lupoo Better: Fix bugs, speed up features, and add new tools based on what users like.
2. Send You Important News: App notifications or emails about your account (e.g., “Your email was changed”) or new features. No spam—just what you need to know.
3. Help You When Stuck: If you contact support (e.g., “My filter won’t load”), your data helps us figure out the problem faster.
4. Spot Trends (Anonymously): Group data to see things like “Most users love retro filters”—no names or emails included. This guides how we update Lupoo.
We hate sharing your data. The only times we might:
1. Trusted Helpers: We work with small teams that help run Lupoo—like companies that host our data (so the app doesn’t crash) or do analytics (to see what’s working). These teams can only use your data to help us, not for their own stuff.
